This Policy explains how Converz processes personal data when you use the service.

Who we are

Converz provides a voice AI assistant for small businesses to handle phone calls. For privacy requests: privacy@converz.pro.

Roles (Controller / Processor)

In most cases, the Client (the business using Converz) is the Data Controller for call-related personal data, and Converz acts as a Data Processor.

Data we process

• Account data (business, email, plan, billing).
• Call metadata (date/time, duration, status, technical cost, etc.).
• Transcripts and AI summaries to provide the service.
• Support messages (contact form and admin inbox replies).

Legal basis

We process personal data to provide the service (contract), comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Some data may be retained longer in backups for security and compliance.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, logging and monitoring) to protect data.

Processors (subprocessors)

We use vendors to operate the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (billing), Telnyx (telephony), OpenAI (LLM), SendGrid (email), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/analytics).

International transfers

Some vendors may process data outside the Client’s country. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and vendor agreements.

Your rights (EU / GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction/objection, and portability where applicable. Contact privacy@converz.pro.

Notice for U.S. residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a U.S. resident (especially California), you may have rights to know/access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Converz does not sell personal information.

To exercise rights, email privacy@converz.pro and include your country/state and your account email.

If you are in Canada, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and request corrections where applicable. Email privacy@converz.pro.

We use necessary cookies for sign-in and basic performance/security analytics (Cloudflare).
