2. Scope and business use only

These terms govern the paid subscription, activation, and use of Converz. Converz is offered for businesses and professional use.

If you create an account but do not activate a paid subscription, these terms still describe the intended commercial framework, but the paid service is activated only once you proceed through the activation and checkout flow.

Converz is not intended for consumer or personal household use. By activating the service, you confirm that you act for a business or professional purpose.

3. Service description

  • AI phone receptionist workflows for incoming business calls.
  • Business configuration, FAQs, operating hours, and dashboard management.
  • Call transcripts, transcript text, summaries, and related service records.
  • Email summaries, support workflows, and billing integrations.

4. Customer responsibilities and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for the business information, FAQs, hours, contact details, and routing rules you configure in Converz.
  • You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your calls, notices, customer communications, and business operations.
  • You must not use Converz unlawfully, abusively, deceptively, or in a way that infringes the rights of callers, customers, Converz, or third parties.
  • You must maintain accurate billing and account information and protect access to your account.

5. Transcripts and call content

Converz stores call transcripts, transcript text, summaries, and related metadata so the service can function and the customer can review call activity in the dashboard.

Converz does not store call audio recordings in the standard product flows reviewed for these terms.

6. Pricing and billing

Converz is sold as a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on the pricing and activation flows. Billing is processed through Stripe.

Depending on the plan selected, billing may be monthly or annual. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the applicable annual term.

Taxes, VAT, or similar charges may apply depending on the billing country, tax status, and the way Stripe calculates or presents the charge.

7. Renewals, plan changes, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

If you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that paid period unless the service is suspended for another reason.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may generate prorated or immediately invoiced charges. Downgrades and changes from annual billing to monthly billing take effect at the end of the current paid period.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Converz expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

8. Top-ups and extra usage purchases

Converz may offer one-time paid top-ups or similar extra minute purchases through Stripe.

Top-ups are billed separately from the base subscription. Purchased top-up minutes are added after successful payment and are consumed after the included plan minutes.

Unless Converz states otherwise in writing, top-up purchases are non-refundable once purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Suspension and termination

Converz may suspend or limit the service for non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, legal risk, or material breach of these terms.

If payment is overdue, Converz may apply a grace period and then suspend service until the account is brought back into good standing.

Converz may terminate or permanently close accounts where necessary for fraud, abuse, chargeback, legal, or operational reasons.

10. Data protection

When Converz processes caller data and related business customer service data on behalf of a customer, that customer is generally the controller and Converz acts as a service provider or processor for those data flows.

Converz is its own controller for its website, account, billing, support, demo, security, and operational data. More detail appears in the Privacy Policy.

11. Support and complaints

Support requests, billing questions, and complaints should be sent to hello@converz.pro. Converz will handle them within a reasonable time.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, including lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity, or lost data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converz's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by the customer to Converz in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona, Spain, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Language

If these terms are made available in more than one language and there is a conflict, the Spanish version will prevail.
